I have made the index and did mapping using STAR. Then I used feuture Count to read the count but what I have at the end is very strange txt file. Could somebody help me to see what is the problem?

You need to show code and the results from running sessionInfo(). There aren't any text files that are intended for end users - the output from
featureCountsis a list, of which one item is a matrix of your counts.
