Hi there,

A colleague here wants to search the Pseudomonas database for cystic fibrosis associated pseudomonas strains that have deletions in the active site of AguA agmatine deaminase. He wants to try to calculate the percentage of CF associated pseudomonas strains that have mutations in the AguA active site.  Are there any Bioconductor packages that can do such a search?
