i have Htseq-count RNA seq data .Can anybody guide me what values show that a gene is up regulated or down regulated in a particular sample..
i don,t want to use bio conductor packages i want to use machine learning algorithms Can you help me?
Why would you come to a support site for Bioconductor packages when you don't want to use Bioconductor packages?
To answer your question, no I cannot. Your question is off-topic for this support site, and open ended, and machine learning algorithms aren't for showing if a gene is up or down regulated anyway. So your question isn't answerable to begin with, and this isn't the place to ask.
