I am trying to work on ChAMP. It worked great with simulated data. I am trying it on my results now. I merged two .csv files (controls and samples). I got rid of the Sentrix ID format issue and error about 'incomplete last line'. I still get this error. My arraytype is EPIC. The Sentrix IDs and idat files match but this error persists. I don't know what to do next.
