Hi Everyone, I need to annotate the Ratioset with genome IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICanno.ilm10b4.hg19. I am trying to install on R version 3.6 using the following command:

BiocManager::install("IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICanno.ilm10b4.hg19"). It is giving me the following error:
  Binaries will be installed
Warning: package ‘BiocParallel’ is in use and will not be installed
Warning message:
In install.packages(pkgs = doing, lib = lib, repos = repos, ...) :
  installation of package ‘IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICanno.ilm10b4.hg19’ had non-zero exit status

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try restarting R and installing without loading anything but BiocManager.

Hi James, Many thanks for your quick response. Your suggestion worked. Hopefully it will work when I am running the annotation step.
