VIPER and DIGGIT package are producing build errors. Both errors have been fixed in the last commit for VIPER, which corresponds to v 1.19.1. How should I do to have those changes reflected in the package the system is testing for BioC 3.9?

Remember that there is a 'release' (RELEASE39) and a 'devel' (master) branch. You've pushed changes to master, and these are reflected in the devel build report and devel package landing page.

You'll need to port changes to the release branch.

Remember to increment the release branch version appropriately, 1.18.1, 1.18.2, ...
