I am trying to install the package openPrimeRui. This package requires some external dependencies (not R packages), which are checked once you open the Shiny app:

library(openPrimeRui)
if (interactive()) {
    startApp()
}

enter image description here

However, I have none of them. Then, I started by downloading the MELTING software (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/biomodels/tools/melting/). As far as I understand, in Windows I can't install it like a normal software pushing the .exe. Then, I placed the source code in my Program Files folder as a subfolder called MELTING. I assumed that it could work because in the openPrimeRui webpage (https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/openPrimeR/inst/doc/openPrimeR_vignette.html) it says:

... tools installed on your system such that they are in your system’s path

It does not work. I am using Windows 10. Some enlightenment on how to make R find this expected external dependencies?
