Hi, Can anyone care to suggest the way to add ggplot2 layer to waterfall plot under GenVisR package? Specifically to my clinical data as I want to cluster the legend according to it's group for example: age group, population. I've seen some articles with such labelling so I assume it's possible? However, plotLayer seems doesn't present in waterfall function after reading the introduction. https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/GenVisR/inst/doc/Intro.html#14_hints

Welcome for any suggestions. Thank you in advance!

Your question isn't very clear. What exactly do you mean by 'cluster the legend according to [sic] it's group'? Do you want to re-order the items in the legend? Or do you want different legends entirely?
