Hi everyone! I'm trying to install package FamAgg in R to conduct a pedigree analysis. I get this error:

Installation path not writeable, unable to update packages: boot, cluster, foreign, KernSmooth, MASS, Matrix, mgcv, nlme, rpart, survival

What is the problem? Thanks in advance.

There is a similar post here and here. Despite not being able to update those packages did FamAgg complete? If you do library(FamAgg) in R? If there was not an ERROR installing FamAgg you should still be able to use it you just will not be able to update base packages if you are not Admin.
