I am trying to use the Biclust package under R 3.6.2 R version 3.6.2 (2019-12-12) Platform: x86_64-w64-mingw32/x64 (64-bit) Running under: Windows 7 x64 (build 7601) Service Pack 1

Typing: library(RcmdrPlugin.BiclustGUI), I get the error message: Warning in install.packages : package ‘fabia’ is not available (for R version 3.6.2)

Could you please help me ?

fabia is a Bioconductor package and should be installed using the procedure indicated on the fabia landing page
