Hi,

I am new to R and BiSeq, and am having difficulty loading in my .cov files using the command readBismark. I do not understand what information to include in my colData. I have read the information available on SummarizedExperiments objects but am still confused. Do I need to use the SummarizedExperiment command before I can use colData? The error I am receiving is Row number of colData must equal length of files.I appreciate any help with figuring this out.
