Hello.. I am trying to download bioCLite but does not seem to be compatible with my up-to-date version of R.

BiocManager::install("bioCLite") Bioconductor version 3.10 (BiocManager 1.30.10), R 3.6.2 (2019-12-12) Installing package(s) 'bioCLite' Installation path not writeable, unable to update packages: boot, class, KernSmooth, lattice, MASS, nlme, nnet, spatial, survival Warning message: package ‘bioCLite’ is not available (for R version 3.6.2)

What should I do? Thanks.

First, note that R is case sensitive, and there has never to my knowledge been anything called 'bioCLite'. So you wouldn't expect to get anything. Second, biocLite was a function intended to install Bioconductor packages, which has been superseded by the BiocManager package. So if you are intending to install packages, use BiocManager::install. Or perhaps you can say what you want to do that you think biocLite would be useful for?
