Hi!

When I try to install the package RnaSeqSampleSize in my R, I receive the following message:

Warning in install.packages : package ‘RnaSeqSampleSize’ is not available (for R version 4.0.2)

Is there anyway to overcome this issue?

From the release announcement for Bioc 3.11:

Deprecated and Defunct Packages

Eighteen software packages were removed from this release (after being deprecated in Bioc 3.10): birte, brainImageR, charm, CNPBayes, condcomp, dSimer, exomePeak, flipflop, GenomeGraphs, HTSanalyzeR, mlm4omics, Pbase, plateCore, Rchemcpp, rHVDM, RnaSeqSampleSize, SEPA, SNPchip

So you could always use R-3.6.2 and Bioconductor 3.10, but otherwise it's gone.
