Anyone knows if there is a way to call makeVennDiagram in ChIPpeakAnno library but to have it not produce any plot?
I'd like to run this function just to get the overlap counts and p-values.

currently we don't have parameter to disable the plot. This is a good suggestion to split the function into two.
