Entering edit mode
It appears that the current version (1.14.0) of package MODA contains a couple bugs where code references undefined objects. These are flagged by R CMD check and I can confirm that function WeightedModulePartitionSpectral crashes with an error because the object indicator is not found (which is one of the problems flagged by R CMD check). I tried contacting the maintainer directly, but the address listed on the MODA package page does not exist. I hope the maintainer can see this message and fix the bugs.
It seems that the maintainer was a Computer Science Ph.D. 'student' at University of Birmingham in UK, but not anymore. There was another contact email on their GitHub page: https://github.com/fairmiracle
