I have a coldata table like this

   condition    patient

cancer cancer 1

before before 2

cancer cancer 2

before before 3

cancer cancer 3

before before 3

I want to campare the different gene expression in patient 2 and 3 for the before and cancer. I am wondering how to make it working out.
