Hi everyone,
I have to add a legend to my heatmap which will include the range of
the
colors. I have
used heatmap() to produce it and not heatmap.2().From other inquiries
I
understood that
the most efficient way would be to use heatmap.2() and to use that you
have to install gplots.As
I was told installing gplots is a bit complicated and I have to add
that
today.
I haven't find any answer concerning adding legend when you use
heatmap(). I am sure that there
must be a way. Could you help me please?
Thanks in advance,
Daphne

Install gtools, gdata, and gplots. I haven't done it in a long time,
but
hopefully it won't be a big problem.
Sean
