I realize that the 1.2 package has just been released, but right now the source versions and the windows binary versions don't correspond. Is there an ETA for updating the binaries to the same level as the source? For example, trying to update with > update.packages(CRAN=getOption("BIOC")) trying URL `http://www.bioconductor.org/bin/windows/contrib/1.7/PACKAGES' Content type `text/plain' length 10785 bytes opened URL downloaded 10Kb affy : Version 1.1.2 in C:/PROGRA~1/R/rw1070/library Version 1.2.25 on CRAN Update (y/N)? [snip...] leads to: trying URL `http://www.bioconductor.org/bin/windows/contrib/1.7/affy_1.2.25.zip' Error in download.file(url, destfile, method, mode = "wb") : cannot open: HTTP status was `404 Not Found' (the binary is currently version 1.2.22) Thanks, Greg This e-mail, including any attachments, is a confidential business communication, and may contain information that is confidential, proprietary and/or privileged. The main reason is .... > source versions and the windows binary versions don't correspond. Is > there an ETA for updating the binaries to the same level as the source? Because the Win32 packages are still not built yet. -J
