Hi all,
I'm having trouble getting R to read in my aCGH log2.ratio data. I am
using
Win2K.
I notice that the example files are tab-delimited with "\n" as
newlines.
These work fine when read by R as R is able to differentiate samples
columns
from Well_ID columns (aka Target). I'm creating my files from excel
and
saving as tab-delimited TXT, but R reads every column as a sample,
including
the Well_IDs. Can someone help?
For the sample files,
num.samples(ex.acgh) outputs 2
whereas with my dataset it outputs 3
Thanks for the help!
Jason
