Last week (23 april 2007) I downloaded R 2.5.0 (under windows > XP) and have downloaded the Annbuilder package. For details please refer to the R Windows FAQ: http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/rw-FAQ.html#Packages > But when I try to call this package in R using library(bartkip), it is > not working. You need to first need to install the package using R tools like R CMD INSTALL, but this may not work without installing additional tools (see the FAQ). + seth -- Seth Falcon | Computational Biology | Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center http://bioconductor.org

The problem I don't recognize is "Error 57" and zzzfirst. I would recommend testing a package that is known to build on Windows and see what happens. + seth -- Seth Falcon | Computational Biology | Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center http://bioconductor.org
