Hi Immanuel, Could you tell me the code you are trying to run and the error you receive please? That way I will be able to diagnose the problem. Also, can I see the output of sessionInfo() so I know what version of the package you have? If you are trying to write an ExpressionSetIllumina object directly to a text file, then it will not work. Using something like: write.csv(exprs(BSData.normalised),file="NormalisedData.csv") should be fine though if you just want the expression values.
