I am using the bioconductor affy package to process a large number of
CEL files to generate mas5 signal, mas5 PMA calls and rma signal, but
I
could not figure out a way to retrieve the scale factor values
(sc=500,
as a qc measure). I know in simpleaffy these values can be retrieved
from sfs field; are the scale factor values accessible from affy
package? from what field? Thanks / FL
