Hi there, By calling htmlReport() in GOstats pacakge, we will have a html file listing GO term and many attributes, such as p-value, count etc. The the last column of the html page provide hyperlink to the GO term in GO website. I am wondering how could generate a similiar html report with the hyperlinks in last column link to local html files? Each of these local html files name after a GO term. Many thanks. Dongxiao Zhu

I'm not sure I understand the question. If you want an offline version of the report, perhaps you can use your browser or a tool like wget to produce a local mirror? If you want to customize the behavior of htmlReport, then you should take a look at the code for the function (start by downloading the source package for GOstats and Category). It shouldn't be too difficult to create a similar function that makes links as you want. + seth -- Seth Falcon | Computational Biology | Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center http://bioconductor.org
