Dear bioconductors, How do I perform a simple linear regression with a permutation for pvalue correction? I tried to use MTP with the command >MTP(X=t(as.matrix(x)), Y=y, test="lm.YvsXZ", B=1) where x and y are my two variable vectors. When I set the number of iterations to 1 I get a NA call for my rawp and a warning message >Warning message: >no non-missing arguments to min; returning Inf I the syntax above basically correct?
