Dear group, i have a expression data matrix ( after RMA) with samples belonging to one cancer type (all adeno-carcinoma samples from gut and no normal or other type) how can i get genes that show variability across all samples. is this a non-parametric estimation and should i be doing annova? please suggest thanks
