Has anyone heard that the CHRLOC for mgu74av2 for the '-' strand genes are indexed to gene TAILS rather than heads? Chad Shaw

Jeff: Some biologists I work with are telling me that the -strand CHROMELOCs for mgu74av2 are from the END of the gene, not the begininng. Have you heard this from anyone else? Are we mistaken? Thanks Chad
