Dear Bioconductor community, We are using a custom expression array design from affy. We were able to use their cdf file for bioconductor analysis with RMA, but GC-RMA does not seem to function because of missing probe sequence information. We have the probe information in a text file. Is there a guide to loading the probe sequence information for GC-RMA analysis? Best, -Igor
