Just noticed this while setting up a new PC today. The error is: trying URL `http://www.bioconductor.org/bin/windows/contrib/1.7/geneplotter_1.0.7 .zip' Error in download.file(url, destfile, method, mode = "wb") : cannot open: HTTP status was `404 Not Found' I don't know if this has been a known issue or not, but thought I'd mention it.
