Hi all, I've just read the paper describing the GraphAT package, installed and loaded the package (1.12.0). I am now eager to apply it to my data, some predictions of direct substrates of yeast kinases. However, with no vignette, examples or overview -- at least, not that I could find -- I am not sure how to get started. Any advice? Many thanks, - Paul

there are examples in the man pages. library(GraphAT) example(getpvalue) admittedly the absence of a vignette is a problem. perhaps the developers forgot to include one. if they knew of your interest, they might make one. let them know. --- Vince Carey, PhD Assoc.
