questions about factorial design analysis

Hi, there, I'm looking for a package for analyses of factorial designed microarray experiment data. The daMA seems good for this but there's no link to the instruction. Is there any one familiar about it? Or is there any other package can be applied for this type of analysis? Thanks. there is a bioc package called factDesign that is relevant, with a vignette that gives references to other relevant packages. limma is probably quite relevant as well. --- Vince Carey, PhD Assoc.
