How to create an exprsSet from dataframe or matrix

Hello, I've read in intensities from some Agilent-Chips and saved it as an matrix. I want to use some functions but they are especially written for AffyBatch objects and I need a eSet or exprsSet. Is there any possibility to create an eSet or exprsSet from a matrix or dataframe? Thank you in advance for any kind of help.
