I'm embarking on a GSEA analysis of a very straightforward 1 factor, 2
levels experiment. The GSEABase package appears to provide a really
good
starting point, although I can't find any packages that depend on the
data-structure created. Is there an R implementation of the GSEA
approach
used by the Broad Institute? All I want is a method to compute the
likelihood that the median absolute t-statistic of a group is unlikely
by
chance alone. For groups I'd like to use GO BP and KEGG categories.
Thanks,
Mark
