Hi, I noticed that there has been a delay in posting the talk Powerpoint files and the materials from the afternoon practicals from BioC2008 to the Workshops area of Bioconductor; as of right now, there is only 1 practical and no talks! Delay often means it will never get done, as we all know. I particularly was interested in the Pairwise sequence alignment with Biostrings practical by Patrick Aboyoun that I wasn't able to go to.
