Hi, I have a set of genes and would like to conduct an analysis to see how much similarity (dis-similarity) there is between the surfaces/structures of the proteins they encode. Which packages should I be looking at? [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hi, not sure if there is a Bioconductor alternative, but you should take a look at Bio3D: http://mccammon.ucsd.edu/~bgrant/bio3d/ D.
