Fraser This is not really related to Vista 64 bit anymore. It is instead related to getting Rgraphviz to work with the new version of Graphviz, on all platforms. In principle it is not too hard to do. I'll have a look tonight, it is probably easier to just do it, than to explain in detail what needs to be done. It took me a while to understand last time I went through it. But do expect to receive some tarballs over the next couple of days, testing out the "solution".
