Dear Bioconductor staff, I am Pratima,doing MS in Bioinformatics at EMU.I have question regarding the function widget.marrayRaw(). When I execute this function it pops up a marrayRaw builder window but I am not able to build the marrayRaw as there is no such data that I can choose for layout and gene information.I have loaded the packages like sma,MarrayClasses,MarrayInputs,MarrayPlots and MarrayNorm.Do I need to load someother packages? Please help me on this problem. Waiting for your reply.... Regards, Pratima
