> The package bundle. There might be a Windows specific way to do this, I honestly don't know. However, if you get a command prompt you should be able to do 'R INSTALL <filename>' (if 'R' isn't in your path, then you'd have to do <path to="" r=""> INSTALL <filename>: eg 'c:\R-1.5.1\bin\R INSTALL bioconductor.tar.gz'). -J

Hi, The Bioconductor Pakage bundle has been built only for Unix. I suggest that you use the Install Script (at the top of the download page) instead. We have ordered and will soon have a machine for building Windows packages. Once that arrives we will set it up to make a bundle for Windows users -- but that will take some time.
