Illumina 610 Quad SNP chips

Quick, and possibly somewhat simplistic question. I am trying to map the coding region of various genes onto SNP data that I have from 610 Quad chips. Problem is that there are a few too many different genome assemblies, and I can't seem to find a perfect match. If anyone knows what assembly I should be using or if there is a [R] library that can do something similar I would greatly appreciate it.
