Hi all, I'm wondernig about what is the more relevant package among limma and Beadarray to analyse data from Illumina beadchip microarrays? Thank you for any feedback Leon [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

The two packages do different things; beadarray is for preprocessing the raw data and limma is for fitting linear models and detecting differentially expressed genes. So both are relevant, just at different stages of the game.
