I guess there is some mistake in the on-line documentation ... perhaps due to wild copy & paste. Please see http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.4/bioc/manuals/microRNA/ man/microRNA.pdf mmTargets Human microRNAs and their target IDs Description A set of human microRNA names and their corresponding known targets given as ensembl Trascript IDs.
