Bioconductors --
It's with great pleasure that I (re)-introduce the newest member of
the
Bioconductor team here in Seattle. Seth Falcon has rejoined our group,
bringing with him excellent programming and leadership skills, he is a
member of R-core, the select group of individuals able to update the
code of R itself.
Many of you will recognize Seth's name from his previous participation
in Bioconductor. Seth played a central role in developing key
components
of Bioconductor, and in making all aspects of the project run
exceptionally smoothly.
Expect to see Seth's influence in the coming months, as Biocondcutor
continues to develop as an essential tool for analysis and
visualization
of high-throughput genomic data.
