I have been trying to use multtest library . My system is windows XP with R1.8.0 and Bioconductor release 3.0 installed. While I try to use the mt.minP function in the library(multtest), I get booted out of the GUI. and the following error message : unhandled exception in Rgui.exe(MULTTEST.DLL):0xC0000005; Access violation Is this a known error ? and is there a fix? thanks [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
