Dear List, I have downloaded some illumina data from arrayexpress. ArrayExpress seems to add some more text in front of the Illumina probeID which does not allow IlluminaID2nuID(featureNames(eset)) method to convert to NuIds. Is there any way around to this problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. regards, Md.Mamunur Rashid
