Hi guys, I have affy U133A array probe IDs that I need to map to the meta- probeset ids from the GeneChip Human Exon 1.0ST array. They both target transcripts so it should be possible to some extent (thhough annotations change so I wouldn't expect it to work for every probe). Any pointers on a quick way to do it? -Paul. -- Paul Geeleher School of Mathematics, Statistics and Applied Mathematics National University of Ireland Galway Ireland [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
