Dear All, I am using affylmGUI to analyze Affy HGU133plus2 microarray data. When I tried to do a MA-plot by selecting "Use Gene Symbol", I got a message box "Gene symbols are not available. Probe set IDs will be used instead". Also the IDs in the TopTable are also in Probe set IDs. Is there a way to incorporate gene symbols annotation into affylmGUI? Thanks for your help! Chuming
