What exactly does 'view the data in a plate format' mean? Do you just want to look at the numerical data in a 8X12 or 16X24 matrix or data.frame? Thanks for all the response. I just had summary statistic for the data for each of the wells from a 96 well plate. I tried cellHTS and it got me what I wanted. Hi In addition to "plotPlate" from the prada package, which is good for a single plate, I also recommend the "plotScreen" function from the "splots" package for plotting an overview over multiple plates. Please make sure to use a recent version (>= 1.13.9) Re 'cellHTS', please note that this package has been superseded by 'cellHTS2' and that the latter should be prefered. Hello Arunava, I guess that depends on exactly what you're after. If you want some tools for visualising your data, the I think the package cellHTS deals with cell-based screens in 384-well plates, and HTqPCR can handle various qPCR results. There might be other packages out there, but without knowing more about your data and what you want, it's difficult to say.
