Hi everybody, does anyone know how I can convert my list with affy genes to AGI IDs (TAIR)? I was looking for a package named "cermt", but it is apparently not available any more. Dear Assa, if you meant affy probe IDs to AGI IDs, the annotation package ath1121501.db (http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/html/ath 1121501.db.html) provides such mapping. See the first object ath1121501ACCNUM in the document.
