Hi, Does anybody know if there is a function in R/bioconductor to convert p-values to z-scores? It seems alot more difficult to find that I would have thought! Hi Paul, qnorm is what you're looking for. Keep in mind that you need to fiddle with it a little bit if you have p-values from 2-sided tests, depending on what you want the z-scores for. For example, you'd lose the direction entirely.
