Hello,
I committed a new version of ConsensusClusterPlus - 1.0.1 in the BioC
2.6 release branch.
A bug in the Item-Consensus value calculation was fixed. Also, the
Consensus Legend is now guaranteed to correspond to the consensus
matrix
plots.
