Hello, I have a gene set (represented in gene symbols) in human, can I found reriched GO term using GOstates? I have read all documents, which tell me how to create params from microarray data using params <- new("GOHyperGParams", ....). in my case, I do not have microarry platform. thanks Yu [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hello Yu, you can use the organism package, "org.Hs.eg.db" instead.
